Do you want to help make a difference to people’s lives?

• Feeling unfulfilled and looking for new challenges?
• Time on your hands?
• Are you an early morning riser or prefer late nights or have time during the day?
• Do you have time at the weekends?
• Are you enthusiastic, caring and reliable?

You don’t necessary have to possess formal experience of working as a carer before but may have looked after a family member and want to make a difference to an older person’s life by using the experience you have gained.  There may be elements of Personal Care and you will provide this with respect whilst preserving the dignity of the person you are caring for.

Full Training

If you are new to care and home care, we will provide you with confidence through our comprehensive training and shadowing.   You won't be left on your own until you feel confident to do so.   For more experienced care staff, you will have the opportunity to progress through QCF Health and Social Care qualifications or targeted specialist courses.  You will always have the full support of your supervisor when you are out caring.  We operate a Professional and Continuous Development Programme to support you in obtaining the appropriate training and qualifications for your career.

Our Values

Our main priority is to find people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes that match our own!  Age is no barrier but you must have the right to work in the UK.  You are never too old to learn or to care!

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, kind, compassionate people who like to spend time with older people or adults with physical disabilities and build a friendly but professional relationship.

There will be opportunities for you to bond with and to be able to care for someone as if they were a member of your own family.  You can make a person’s life less lonely and enable them to retain their independence in their own home.

If you enjoy this rewarding role and want to make a difference in a person’s life, then we would love to hear from you.
