You can be rest assured that we always put you in the centre of what we do. We will evaluate situations and circumstances in your best interest. We would not start or propose a care package before we perform thorough and detailed risk assessments, including any specific ones identified which directly relates to you.
Throughout the entire provision of our service, we continue to monitor and manage risks. We do this both for youself as well as our carers to create a safe environment when we deliver your care.
We regularly audit our home care services in order to maintain high standards in the form of Service Users' surveys, feedback and reviews. Our internal processes, procedures are monitored and we continual examine our agreed ways of working. We also encourage direct input from our carers.
We maintain regular contact and listen to you to ensure your care needs are met and are responsive when they change. Where necessary we obtain advice from other healthcare professionals involved in your care. This allows us to ensure your care is delivered safely and to the correct level and standards.
You and your family are welcome to recommend and comment in our policy decision making process, and to suggest improvements where you may see it necessary. We have a robust complaints and comments procedure for thorough investigations, record outcomes, provide feedback, improvements or changes made where appropriate.
With our open door policy and regular team meetings, we empower our staff with the courage to speak up, identify opportunities for areas of improvement and to learn from one another. Where issues are identified, we are quick to consult, act and seek timely resolution.
